Featured project: PadFender Home Security App for Android.
Scope: Content design of security system menus and options for easy set up and emergency control.
Role: UX/UI writer.
Stakeholders: CEO, CFO, PM, marketing team.
Goal: Identify essential functions and commands, then create proper UX/UI copy, detailed FAQs, help pages, and setup instructions for North America.
Challenges: The manufacturer's original app was not intuitive. I rewrote ungraspable jargon to create a new intuitive user interface.
Process: Identify essential functions and commands > write clear, intuitive product copy > test > publish on Play store.
Results: App download increased, while product complaints, and support cases decreased.
